The session will be conducted in person, by appointment, at a location confirmed after auction close. It includes a full pre-session screening, a detailed discussion of protocol and expectations, and a private session of a duration and structure determined entirely by Her.
What happens in that session — the level of control, the pace, the dynamic — is Hers to determine. You do not negotiate the session itself. You earn the right to be present for it.
Current Auction Status
Bids are non-binding until confirmed by Madaam Sedusa.
All confirmed bids require a non-refundable deposit.

Bidders must be 25 or older. Identity verification is required before bid acceptance. She does not proceed without knowing who she is dealing with.
Health Disclosure
A current sexual health screening result is required as part of the application. This is non-negotiable and is not a point of negotiation.
Application & Screening
All bidders must complete a full application before their bid is considered. A tribute accompanies the application. She will conduct a screening conversation before accepting any bid.
Financial Commitment
The winning bidder pays 50% of the winning amount as a non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of being notified. The balance is due before the session date is confirmed.
Travel & Logistics
The session takes place in person in a location approved by Madaam Sedusa. All travel and accommodation costs are the winner's responsibility, in addition to the winning bid.
Her Right to Decline
Madaam Sedusa reserves the absolute right to reject any bid, disqualify any bidder, or close the auction early. The highest bid does not guarantee acceptance.

Screening Conversation
Qualified applicants will be contacted for a screening conversation. This is Her opportunity to determine whether you are a serious and suitable candidate. It is not a negotiation.
Bid Acceptance & Deposit
If your bid is accepted, you will be notified by direct message. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours via Throne. Your bid is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Session Confirmation
The remaining balance is due before the session date is set. Location, timing, and all session logistics are confirmed by Her on Her timeline. You will be given clear instructions. You will follow them.

Incomplete applications are disqualified without response.
